Chalet Malga Terlaga

1827 meters of nature and relaxation

Where the tranquility of Paganella
meets the warmth of hospitality,
in the Brenta Dolomites,
a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The ideal place

for a day in the mountains

Welcome to Chalet Malga Terlaga, the perfect place to spend a day in the mountains, at the foot of the Brenta Dolomites and just a stone's throw from the Paganella slopes.

Surrounded by the scents of the forest, our chalet offers a rustic atmosphere, breathtaking views, and all the comforts you need. Whether you’re looking for some relaxation, fun for your children, or a new adventure, you’ll find a warm welcome here and a chance to connect with nature.

Unforgettable Moments

At an altitude of 1,827 meters, Chalet Malga Terlaga is a place where time slows down and nature takes center stage. Here, on the Paganella, the air is purer, the sky feels closer, and the landscapes of the Brenta Dolomites offer unforgettable views in every season.
Whether you want to experience the magic of the snow or the vibrant colors of the summer meadows, our chalet welcomes you and offers you the chance to discover the wonders of our mountains.

Services

perfect for any occasion

We have three cozy rooms finished in natural wood with views of the Dolomites.
Two spacious dining rooms where you can enjoy our traditional dishes, seating up to 170 guests indoors, and a sun terrace where you can sip a refreshing aperitif, a hot chocolate, or simply take in the view. We also have bike and ski racks for when you want to take a break and avoid any inconvenience.

Authentic Flavors

and activities for the whole family

In addition to enjoying traditional Trentino cuisine, there are activities for both adults and children.

During the summer season, the first to welcome you will be the cows—beautiful animals that make their way up to the mountain pastures every year and spend their days grazing in the surrounding meadows.

You’ll also get to meet all the animals on our farm—donkeys, rabbits, chickens, and many others. From Monday through Friday, children can participate in our cooking classes, where they’ll learn how to make apple strudel, cookies, nettle gnocchi, and Kaiserschmarrn, a traditional Tyrolean dessert.

During the winter season, however, ski runs surround our property, particularly the Salare run—a 1.5-km-long blue run that starts in Sant’Antonio and ends at Cacciatori.

Starting in January, you’ll be able to enjoy dinner at high altitude on Tuesdays and Fridays. Once you arrive at the Doss Pelà stop at 1,725 meters, we’ll pick you up in a snowcat—an unusual mode of transportation for city dwellers.

For the more active among you, on Tuesdays and Fridays the Andalo mountain guides organize a 5-km snowshoe hike that ends right at our lodge, where you’ll be treated to a hot drink and some good music.

Where we are

We hope to see many of you there to enjoy a new experience every day!

We are located 400 meters from the top station of the Andalo–Doss Pelà gondola, which is easily accessible on foot, by bike, on skis, or with snowshoes (only when accompanied by a mountain guide).
